Sonya Popova, MD graduated in medicine at the University of Thrace, Sofia. Specialist in Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine. Since 2007 she has been working in the Early Rehabilitation Department of the Hospital “Dr. Ivan Seliminski”, Sofia. She has been working at the hospital in Sliven since 2007.

Since 2022 she is part of the team of the Department of Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine of the Heart and Brain Center of Clinical Excellence in Burgas.
