Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bulgarian Cardiac Institute Professor of Public Health and Health Management, Health Economics and Organization and economics of the pharmaceutical production. He has successfully defended the degree of Doctor of Science in Social Medicine and Organization of Health and Pharmacy. He has over 370 publications in national and international journals, he is the author of 22 textbooks and 12 monographs, and a member of the European Public Health Association. He has many years of management experience in the field of health insurance, hospital medical care and marketing of medicinal products and services. Currently, Toni is a minority shareholder at the BCI.

Executive Director of the Bulgarian Cardiac Institute Professor of Medical Oncology and lecturer for Bulgarian and international students. She has specialized in Switzerland and Austria and has successfully completed numerous training programs and seminars at some of the world’s most prestigious oncology centers, including MSKCC in the US. Under her leadership, the Oncology Center of ‘Heart and Brain’ became part of the largest network of oncology centers and institutes in Europe (OECI). She is a member of Bulgarian and international scientific societies, including ESMO, ASCO, the Bulgarian Oncology Society, the Educational Academy of Oncology, and serves on the board of the ‘Young Oncologist’ Club, supporting the organization of international and national educational meetings for young physicians. She is the author of over 45 scientific publications in Bulgarian and international collections and journals.
