Tsvetelina Raycheva-Filipova, MD has been a general surgery specialist since 10 years. During her professional carrer she has been working in the department of thoracic surgery and in the Clinic of hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery, as a general surgeon. She is an assistant lecturer for the 4th and 5th year students of the module “Abdominal Surgery”, practical classes. She is interested in laparoscopic surgery. She has experience in emergency surgery as well as completed level-1 course in abdominal ultrasonography. She completed a training in clinical nutrition. She a general surgeon in the Surgery Clinic at the Heart and Brain Center of Excellence in Pleven.
