Alexander Georgiev, MD graduated in medicine from the Medical University of Varna in 2014. He has been resident in the Cardiac Surgery between 2015-2017 at the University Hospital „St. Anna“ Sofia, and since 2017 – at the Hospital ‘Heart and Brain’ Pleven.

He successfully completed training in aortic valve surgery in Leeds, United Kingdom. EACTS Member since 2019. In 2021 he acquired medical specialty in adult cardiac surgery.
