In just one day, Heart and Brain’s team in Pleven replaced six heart aortic valves without open-heart surgery

In just one day, six patients successfully underwent transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVI; TAVR) at the Heart and Brain Center of  Clinical Excellence. The less invasive procedures that is designed to replace a diseased aortic valve were performed thanks to the multidisciplinary HEART TEAM, which worked in perfect synchrony.
