Yordan Yordanov, MD graduated in medicine from the Medical University of Pleven in 1985. He started working as a doctor at the General Hospital in Pavlikeni. Since 1986 he has worked as an assistant professor at the Medical University – Pleven, Department of General and Clinical Pathology.

In 1990 he obtained a specialty in General and Clinical Pathology and in 1999 a qualification degree in Cytopathology.

Since 2000 he has been participating in foreign language training at Medical University – Pleven in “General and Clinical Pathology”.

Author and co-author of scientific publications in Bulgaria and abroad. He has participated in a number of national congresses and conferences.
