Stoyan Ivanov, MD

Graduated in medicine in 1995 at the Medical University – Sofia. He specializes in anesthesiology and intensive care at Lozenets Hospital, where he works in cardiac surgery and transplant teams. Works with the structure of St. Anna University Hospital – Sofia – Cardiac Surgery, Sofia Military Medical Academy, Spinal Hospital Sofia, Tokuda Hospital. Participation at enteral and parenteral feeding ESPEN courses. He has interests in ultrasound lung diagnostics, ultrasound hemodynamic monitoring and treatment of chronic pain.

Currently Dr Ivanov is head of the intensive care team of the Heart and Brain Hospital in Pleven.
