Mariana Kucheva, MD is a neurology specialist with over 30 years of experience. She graduated from Medical University – Sofia in 1981. For 20 years she was the head of the department of nervous diseases at the MMA – Pleven Hospital.

Dr. Kucheva is certified to perform Doppler sonography and has successfully completed courses for the treatment of headaches, Parkinson’s disease, dementias and epilepsy. She has participated in a number of studies.

Dr. Kucheva has been part of the team at the Heart and Brain Hospital Pleven since March 2021.
