Ivan-Aleksandar Kolev, MD will graduate in medicine from Medical University – Pleven in 2022. He worked as a resident doctor during the Kovid-19 pandemic and since February 2023 he is officially a specialist in Pneumology and Phthisiology at the Heart and Brain Hospital Pleven.

His professional interest in pulmonary diseases is focused on non-invasive mechanical ventilation, acute conditions in pulmonology and diagnosis and treatment of cancers of the respiratory system.
