\nThe Department of Urology performs highly specialized diagnostic and operative work on diseases of the kidneys, ureters, bladder, prostate, penis and testicles. It is equipped with the latest generation surgical equipment to apply the most sparing and precise minimally invasive surgical techniques. Intraoperative ultrasonographic and radiographic monitoring is routinely applied when indicated.<\/p>\n

The team of doctors has extensive clinical and research experience gained in leading clinics in the country and abroad. All doctors are engaged in research activities, teaching activities are also carried out.<\/p>\n

Activities:<\/strong>
\nTreatment and diagnosis of malignant diseases (carcinoma) of:
\n– prostate
\n– kidneys
\n– bladder
\n– testicles
\n– penis
\n– ureter.<\/p>\n

The department performs conventional and laparoscopic prostate and kidney surgery, high-tech robotic da Vinci surgery. Specialists apply minimally invasive laser and bipolar surgery for bladder tumors.<\/p>\n

Treatment and diagnosis of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH, benign enlargement of the prostate) is performed. State-of-the-art methods of treatment of BPH – latest generation laser and plasma resection of the prostate – have been introduced. Treatment and diagnosis of renal stone disease.<\/p>\n

The Department of Urology applies modern methods of diagnosis and treatment of renal stone disease and concrements localized in the ureter and bladder. The treatment is carried out thanks to the latest generation Holmium laser.[\/vc_column_text][mk_padding_divider size=”120″]\n
