He started his work experience in the District Hospital in the town of. After that he was part of the team of the Emergency Department of the University Hospital &#8211; Pleven and the Clinic of Neonatology.<\/p>\n<p>He is a long-standing national consultant in neonatology for Central North Bulgaria. Intensive neonatal therapist with experience in primary and prolonged resuscitation and intensive care of newborns.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Hristov has enviable experience in the care and treatment of extremely immature neonates, respiratory and neurological pathology, conducting parenteral nutrition, and follow-up of at-risk neonates.<\/p>\n<p>He is board certified in abdominal and transfontal ultrasonography. He has implemented and conducted almost all existing and innovative models in neonatology. He has trained neonatology fellows, taught medical students &#8211; English speaking as well as obstetrics students. He has actually conducted all required certified trainings and courses.<\/p>\n<p>His main motive is working in a European neonatology structure in terms of equipment and staff. Such is the Department of Neonatology at the Heart and Brain Hospital Pleven.
