Silvia Ganeva-Todorova, MD<\/strong>\u00a0is the Head of the Department of Endocrinology. She graduated in medicine in 1998 at the Medical University – Pleven. She has a recognized specialty in internal medicine since 2004. Acquired specialty in endocrinology and metabolic diseases in 2011.<\/p>\n

Since 2003 he has been working as a resident and assistant in the Clinic of Endocrinology and Metabolic Diseases at the University Hospital “Dr. G. He has been working in the Department of Endocrinology and Endocrinology at the University of Strana. He participates in the training of Bulgarian and foreign medical students. She holds a Master’s degree in Public Health and Health Management from 2017. In 2022 she defended her PhD thesis in Endocrinology and was awarded the degree of Doctor of Medicine.<\/p>\n

He is a member of the Bulgarian Medical Association, the Bulgarian Society of Endocrinology, the Bulgarian Diabetes Association and the European Society for the Study of Diabetes.<\/p>\n

Her main interests are in the field of diabetology, non-infectious diseases progressing with low-grade chronic inflammation.
